Your session fee to Renata Clarke Photography includes:
- Pre-portrait consultation to bring forth ideas and input to ensure a successful session.
- Style and beauty preparation guides
- Makeup and hair
- Up to 4 hours of coverage on your session date.
- Post session image retouching.
- In-Person Viewing Appointment.
- Your session fee does NOT include any prints or digital products.
The session fee pays for makeup & hair artist as well as the time and talent of the photographer and for your in-person viewing appointment. It does not include any finished portraits. The session fee is due at the time of booking. Session fees are non-refundable, however we accept a one time rescheduling a maximum of 7 days before your session date.
Personal cameras are not allowed in studio during your session. Please refrain from taking phone images or video recording. We work very hard to ensure your session is captured artistically and creatively. We ask that you respect our livelihood and refrain from taking photographs of what we are creating.
You will view your portraits at a personally attended reveal session. You will be asked to order at this time. Please make sure all decision makers are present, as additional ordering appointments incur a £49 fee. Once your order is placed in-person, your ordered digital images will be uploaded to a USB flash drive and an online gallery where you may print products from your files.
Printing with them will ensure professional quality and correct colour. Images will be hosted here for a period of one year. Anyone whom you choose to share the gallery with be able to purchase prints and products directly from the lab. We cannot control access and only give authorised access to the client who made the purchase.
Due to the downloadable nature of this content, once files are removed from the studio the sale is final and non-refundable.
Clients who cannot make a decision about products or images during their viewing appointment may schedule an additional ordering appointment for a £49 fee. We do NOT offer online galleries for ordering. Digital files cannot be released outside the studio until full payment is made.
While Renata does capture many images during your session, you will see only those images selected by her, the artist, for previewing. She carefully renders each image to ensure maximum artistry and technical excellence. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown and are removed from our archives permanently after the artist rendering is complete.
Due to the custom nature of the work, payment for your order must be placed in full and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee should you change your mind about an order after it is placed. Once an order is sent to the lab or digital files are submitted to the client either by USB or electronic transfer, the order is deemed non-refundable. Payments may be made cash, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Android Pay. Payment plan is available.
Requests for additional image re-touching will be honoured at a £49 per hour retouching fee and at the discretion of the artist. Re-touching will be performed to the artists desired outcome and is considered the final version. Artist will not perform any re-touching she does see as fit for the image.
Please allow 3 weeks for your order to be completed. Your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed.
All ordered images are kept on file for a period of 1 year. Un-ordered images are removed from our archives after 30 days. Re-orders placed more than 30 days after the preview appointment, require a minimum £199 re-order.
The Copyright Designs and Patents Acts 1988 assign the copyright of the images to the photographer. Any images or copies of images whether stored digitally or otherwise and any computer program including any source or object code, computer files or printed documentation relating to such images are protected by the Copyright and Design Act 1988. It is contrary to the Act to copy or allow to be copied photographically/electronically or by any other means an image created as part of this contract without the permission of The Photographer/s in writing.
I agree that I have read this portrait agreement and agree to comply with all policies and information included. I agree to sign this document via electronic signature and that by signing electronically, it serves as my actual hand-written signature on a legal document.
